What You'll Do:

Maintenance Tech-Biola, CA
Â
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance on assigned equipment/area, including mechanical cleaning, lubrication, rebuilding, installation, and removal
- Perform maintenance or repairs on all formulation, packaging, and other equipment as assigned without jeopardizing safety or quality
- Assist in layout, assembly, and installation of piping and pumps associated with production, to include installation, repair, and replacement of gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment as instructed
- Assist in repair and maintenance of physical structure and utilities as instructed
- Recognize baseline operating conditions for assigned equipment and understand when those conditions are not being met
- Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment at all times
- Follow all safety policies and procedures including but not limited to LOTO, confined space, hot work, line and forklift operation
What You'll Bring:
Â
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, agricultural processing, or production environments.Â
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressors, boilers, and pneumatic equipment.Â
- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing rotating equipment, drive systems, and production machinery.Â
- Experience in performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.Â
- Skilled in welding, fabrication, cutting, and metalworking using MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.Â
- High school diploma or GED required; technical school, apprenticeship, or industrial maintenance certifications preferred.

The salary range for this role, in Biola, CA location, is between $32.00 - $38.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
