What you will do:

 

  • Handle the proper application of crop protection products
  • Operate all spray equipment
  • Spray and calibrate pesticides
  • Operate computers on equipment
  • Mix, load, and apply pesticides/fertilizers
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections
  • Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals
  • Clean and maintains equipment
  • Assist mechanic
  • Maintain application/spray records
  • Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed
  • Crop protection product mixing – training provided
  • Operation of application equipment – training provided

 

What you will bring:

 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days – Must meet minimum DOT age requirement
  • QAL/QAC may be required
  • Able to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Able to work additional hours to meet business demands
  • Applicator’s License preferred
  • Chemical application education preferred
  • Previous application experience preferred
