This position reports to the Program Manager, Nutrien Financial and is located in Loveland, CO.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Develop an understanding of the Nutrien Financial Sales and Marketing business and systems
  • Assist in the development and distribution of Nutrien Financial marketing and other collateral
  • Setup Nutrien Financial programs for field use
  • Support and expand the existing Nutrien Financial tools and technologies
  • Work with internal team to develop Nutrien Financial marketing materials and push marketing campaigns to targeted customers
  • Design and maintain new tools to streamline processes and data
  • Internal communications management (including Nutrien Financial internal website)
  • Provide special project, management, and executive support, as needed 
  • Support the facilitation of program messaging, campaigns, and offers
  • Collaborate with Program Advisors, Demand Generation Operations and Sales

 

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Undergraduate/graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field of study
  • 3-5 years of progressive professional experience in Finance, Sales & Marketing Analytics, or a related professional field
  • Microsoft product suite knowledge is fundamental, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to handle concurrent projects and complete tasks efficiently
  • Strong professional conversation etiquette when interacting with company representatives and customers
  • Clear communication and the ability to explain concepts in concise terms to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues
  • Ability to navigate Power BI and SharePoint, utilize Microsoft Power Apps, and a basic IT knowledge

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

Salary Range $79,600 to $109,450  annually.  This range is estimated for an Advisor, Nutrien Financial Busienss Developemnt in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
