The Advisor, Nutrien Rewards will support the execution, management, and continuous improvement of Nutrien’s loyalty and rewards program. This temporary role will assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of program initiatives designed to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The advisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to help ensure efficient, accurate, and consistent program operations.
This is a temporary position for a 3 to 4 month time period.
This role will be posted from Jan 12th, 2026 thru Jan 23rd, 2026.
What You'll Do:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Nutrien Rewards program.
- Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns and program enhancements.
- Help facilitate enrollment and ongoing engagement for program members.
- Collect and analyze data related to program performance and customer behavior.
- Prepare reports and presentations on program metrics and outcomes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.
- Manage the Nutrien Rewards content calendar across U.S. Retail, West Region Retail, T&O, and Canada Retail.
- Create monthly “Question of the Month” engagement blog content for all business units.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to design program materials for each division and maintain them throughout the year.
- Develop promotional and informational communication to drive program awareness and engagement.
- Gather and interpret customer feedback to inform program improvements.
- Partner with marketing, sales, IT, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive program execution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the rewards program.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; related fields will also be considered.
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong design capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the agriculture industry is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $65,300 - $80,000. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
