We are seeking an Analyst, Business Partner MDM to manage supplier data and ensure its accuracy, completeness, and integrity. This role is crucial for effective supplier relationship management and strategic decision-making. The Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Master Data Management.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Review and verify supplier authorization requests in multiple ERP systems.
  • Analyze supplier data for discrepancies, identify patterns, and propose solutions to enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and implement data governance standards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Review sensitive supplier changes following strict fraud prevention protocols, including phone verification with suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to SDM India, external suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on IRS and CRA forms and regulations.
  • Participate in status or team meetings and provide updates to management.
  • Support business reviews, presentations, and project-related queries from key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and audit business processes that create errant data.
  • Validate data integrity during data transformation, entry, replication, and loading activities.
  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of supplier data management tools and systems.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • Education or background in accounts payable, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data management, supplier management, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate data effectively.
  • Proficiency in data management tools, database management systems, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of supplier management principles and processes.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The salary range for this role, Loveland, CO, is between $59,300 - $101,700. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
