What You'll Do:
- Work within MDG (Master Data Governance) and SAP to review and approve material master data setup and change requests.
- Work with Material Leads to create, publish and care for workflow and process documentation pertaining to data rules and processes and determine opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Partner with Business and IDS Project Teams in support of testing efforts.
- Assist Material Leads with Product Line Reviews.
- Operate under service level agreements established by the Data Leads.
- Answers and responds to incoming data service requests.
- Maintains the integrity of the data within the material master.
- Solve material data related issues and communicate resolutions to the field users.
- Work with Manufacturing Accounting and Material Data Services to cost the standard price for in-house manufactured materials.
- Responsible for costing the standard price for externally procured materials and releasing to active status.
- Work with Proprietary Business Units management to maintain custom transfer price table for proprietary branded seed materials.
- Collaborate with US Seed management to populate and maintain the seed vendor price list and customer facing national seed pricing. Address pricing issues in service queue and develop plan to proactively address to mitigate business disruption.
- Work with P2P and R2R support to automated PME and Costing program issues and develop an in-depth understanding of cost methodology and system functionality.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of data maintenance experience within the material data field.
- 1+ years of SAP MDG, Information Steward, and Data Service/Data Quality experience.
- Strong affinity for defining work in deliverables, and be willing to commit to deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work with large sets of data from 1000 to 100,000 records.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to develop a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace.
- Passion for creativity and “can do” attitude.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $59,300 -101,700. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
