In this position you will have a highly visible role within a team that is designing new systems and business processes which support the Financial Services, Accounting, and Reporting functions for Nutrien Financial and the Nutrien Ag Solutions Credit/Collections team. This role will work across the enterprise establishing relationships in many different departments all working together with a common goal, provide the best system for the best team, all the while working for the best company. Your work will directly impact Nutrien Financial customers, program offers, and sales. At the end of the day, you will have a huge impact on our ability to make Nutrien Financial vital for our customers.
What you will do:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Nutrien Financials’ business model, offerings, and market strategy
- Maintain subject matter expertise on Nutrien Financial supported systems and maintain knowledge on all new and upcoming technologies throughout the enterprise
- As Nutrien Financial Programs and Captive Workstream Lead you will ensure the successful implementation of defect fixes and enhancements including those under the Nutrien Financial - Foundation Program scope and applicable Nutrien Financial projects
- Actively participate in the Nutrien Financial - Foundation Program conversion activities
- Support the prioritization of Service Now tickets, development of opportunity documents, gathering and documentation of requirements, maintenance of business workflows, and creation of test scripts by Nutrien Financial teams
- Partner with Nutrien Financial IT on solution design and provide sign off on design documents
- Collaborate within and across teams to ensure solution design integrates into end-to-end processes
- Facilitate the review and sign off of design documents by business users and Nutrien Financial leadership
- Lead test scenario definition efforts and actively participate in applicable testing phases
- Provide Nutrien Financial Programs and Change team with necessary information and training to facilitate organizational change management tasks
- Prepare necessary documentation and obtain approvals for scheduled system releases
- Coordinate validation of defect fixes and enhancements in production systems
- Act as Nutrien Financial liaison within the Record to Report (R2R) Foundation Program team, facilitating communication and supporting design decisions and testing
- Serve as subject matter expert on other Nutrien Financial projects as applicable
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in finance, operations, or related field
- A passion for our customers and stakeholders
- Background in Financial Services and/or Accounting
- SAP FSCM and/or Loan Systems experience preferred
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI
- Ability to present insights and recommendations to decision makers
- Problem solving skills, adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying problems, proposing effective solutions, and providing leadership until the issue is resolved
- Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Detail orientation with excellent documentation, planning, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and provide clear directions
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $79,600 - $109,450 USD. This range is estimated for this position in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
