What You'll Do:

  • As an Analyst, Nutrien Financial Operations and Enablement, you will partner with other members of the Nutrien Financial Operations and Enablement and Transformation teams to support defect fixes and ensure enhancements and projects are successfully delivered.
  • Support review of Service Now tickets, development of opportunity documents, gathering and documentation of requirements, maintenance of business workflows, and creation of test scripts by Nutrien Financial teams.
  • Participate in solution design and review design documents.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure solution design integrates into end-to-end processes.
  • Support test scenario definition and actively participate in applicable testing phases.
  • Support review of Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) results to ensure they meet requirements before subsequent test phases.
  • Provide necessary information and training to Nutrien change management teams to facilitate OCM tasks.
  • Prepare documentation and obtain approvals for system releases.
  • Validate defect fixes and enhancements in production systems.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Nutrien Financials’ business model, offerings, and market strategy.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on Nutrien Financial systems and new technologies.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in financial services, accounting, operations, or related field.
  • SAP FSCM and/or Loan Systems experience preferred.
  • System integration (SIT) and/or user acceptance (UAT) testing experience preferred.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI.
  • Strong problem solving skills, adept at analyzing complex situations, identifying problems, and communicating those problems.
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail orientation with excellent documentation, planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate, and provide clear directions.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $65,300 - $111,900. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
