This position is required to be on-site and is located in Loveland, Colorado.

What you will do:
- Provide analytical support to deliver financial results
- Support the Decision Support team in providing thought leadership that enables the site to make informed, high quality and timely decisions
- Support the annual operating/capital budgets and monthly forecasting process
- Provide financial variance analysis, trending, identifying cost drivers and other insights into financial results including how this affects future financial decisions of the site
- Support predictive analysis including key cost drivers or areas of focus through-out the month for the Site to achieve Forecast/Budget
- Support product costing – review of allocation approaches, review comparability across sites and align where possible to enable better business decisions
- Advise and provide production managers with production and inventory forecasts
- Ensure accurate reporting of plant production performances, e.g., production, usage, efficiency
- Provide valuable insights through the analysis and aggregation of multiple data sets, extracting complex financial outputs in a manner that is understandable and actionable by management
- Provide ad-hoc decision support including analysis & reporting as well as involvement in relevant site level projects to business partners
- Work closely with the Plant Finance team to support the business with interpretation and implementation of accounting policies
- Support various continuous improvement and strategic initiatives across the Plant Finance group
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring:
- Post-secondary degree in Finance or Accounting with 6+ years post-qualification experience in a related field
- Professional accounting or finance designation in progress or attained is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, with in-depth knowledge of Excel and Analytical Tools
- Working knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP/BW
- Experience with Oracle, SAP/BW, HANA, and larger ERP systems an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently while meeting competing deadlines
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and convert into meaningful information
- Reputation as a valued and trusted business partner
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $79,100 - $146,800/annually. This range is estimated for Analyst, Plant Finance role in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
