The Digital Operations Process Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing the operational infrastructure of Nutrien’s Digital Retail organization. This position focuses on improving and maintaining processes related to onboarding/offboarding, asset and software lifecycle management, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, process improvement acumen, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure seamless operations in the digital retail organization.
What you will do:
Technical Support & Service Management
- Provide Tier I and Tier II support for Digital Retail NA team members.
- Troubleshoot MacBook hardware/software issues and peripherals.
- Monitor and respond to service requests via Jira Service Management.
- Collaborate with the End User Compute team to ensure secure and efficient MacBook configurations using JAMF and Apple Business Manager.
Digital Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of MacBooks and related equipment.
- Prepare and configure MacBooks for new hires or replacements.
- Diagnose and repair stored MacBooks to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Coordinate device refresh cycles and maintain a standard refresh schedule.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows including ticket submissions, equipment setup, and data wipes.
- Automate and document onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Welcome and orient new hires virtually or in-person.
- Track and update inventory records to reflect equipment deployments and returns.
Vendor & SaaS Management
- Administer and manage vendor license acquisitions, renewals, and terminations.
- Review and process vendor invoices; identify discrepancies.
- Use SaaS management platforms and Azure Active Directory to manage application access and implement SSO.
Process Improvement & Reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements across digital operations.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to financial and vendor management using tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT Security) to support compliance and policy changes.
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in IT support, particularly with macOS and MacBook systems.
- Familiarity with JAMF, Apple Business Manager, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management and security compliance.
- Experience with inventory management tools and asset tracking.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead process improvements and collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of financial management, vendor relations, and agile methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $105,300 - $180,500. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
