Job Summary
The Junior IAM Analyst will play a crucial role in the administration and management of identity and access management (IAM) systems. This position focuses on tasks such as managing automated distribution lists rules, birthright roles, and account data analysis. The analyst will also be involved in identity governance and administration, privileged account management, and directory services.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Distribution Lists
- Create, update, and maintain distribution list scoping rules to ensure accurate and efficient communication within the organization.
- Birthright Roles Management
- Administer birthright roles, ensuring employees have the appropriate access based on their job functions.
- Account Data Analysis
- Analyze account data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in IAM processes.
- Identity Governance and Administration
- Implement and maintain IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
- Privileged Account Management
- Monitor and manage privileged accounts to prevent unauthorized access and ensure proper usage.
- Directory Services
- Support and maintain directory services, including Active Directory, to ensure seamless access and authentication.
- Internal Audit Support
- Assist in internal audits by providing necessary IAM data and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $65,300 - $111,900. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
