Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Manager of Digital Marketing to lead our digital, web, and social media strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital trends, analytics, and content marketing, ensuring our digital presence aligns with business objectives.

What you will do:
 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, aligning with the overall Nutrien Ag Solutions marketing goal, priorities and objectives.
  • Oversee all Nutrien Ag Solutions-owned digital properties, optimizing the company’s digital presence – Including website, landing pages, social media accounts, email marketing, and paid digital campaigns.
  • Manage and cultivate the digital marketing team responsible for digital content and web development.
  • Own content calendar and content creation/execution for digital channels, ensuring messaging aligns with business objectives, and brand consistency is achieved across all digital touchpoints.
  • Analyze website traffic, SEO performance, and digital campaign data to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead paid media campaigns, including PPC, display, and social media advertising, utilizing strategies and content tailored to the respective targeted audiences.
  • Develop and track KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Create and execute engaging email campaigns, sent to internal and external audiences utilizing the HubSpot (or similar) platform.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and corporate communications, to align digital strategies with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

What you will bring:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in managing digital campaigns, social media, website optimization, and content marketing.
    • Including 2 years of management, leadership, or mentorship experience. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive brand engagement and business growth.
  • Experience in the agriculture, B2B, or related industry is a plus but not required.
  • High degree of self-motivation.
  • The highest ethical standards and sense of accountability.

 

Compensation & Benefits: 
 

The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn suggested does not represent Nutrien's compensation structure.  
 

Salary Range $115,000 - $215,000/annually. This range is estimated for Manager, Digital Marketing in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. 
 

We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
