The Manager, Employee Support plays a key leadership role in overseeing the employee support and data administration team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. This role is responsible for delivering on key performance metrics (KPIs), driving continuous improvements and managing all tier 1 employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Employee Support and Data Administration functions within North America to deliver high-quality employee services
- Align employee support strategies with HR and business objectives to deliver on key performance areas
- Strengthen organizational reputation by ensuring a high standard of employee support resulting in a brand consistency in all customer interactions
- Contribute to the portal management strategy for Employee Services
- Responsible for the maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD module
- Ensure a customer-centric approach by fostering responsive, professional, and effective support operations
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of service excellence
- Define, develop, and monitor KPIs to assess and enhance service delivery
- Analyze trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements in collaboration with HR and enabling functions
- Leverage automation to drive operational efficiencies, ensuring scalability and effectiveness of employee support functions
- Implement quality assurance measures to enhance data integrity and process optimization
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in HR including proven leadership experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proven experience managing employee support operations and HR service delivery
- Analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and drive improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Solution-oriented with demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, peers, and team members
- Proven experience in HR software and tools including SuccessFactors, SAP and ServiceNow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $87,000 - $161,500/annually. This range is estimated for Manager, Human Resources Solution Center, Employee Support in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
