What You'll Do:

  • As Manager, Nutrien Financial Operations and Enablement, you will lead a team of Program Advisors serving as subject matter experts and trusted advisors to Nutrien Retail colleagues and Nutrien Financial personnel in assigned territories on relevant Nutrien Financial systems, processes, and finance offerings
  • Provide leadership including coaching, mentoring, goal setting and review, performance management, recruitment, and team building
  • Ensure the team executes Nutrien Financial Operations and Enablement plan by prioritizing work, projects, and resources
  • Coach, mentor, and empower team members for career growth and high-impact performance
  • Build positive working relationships with Nutrien Financial, Credit and Collections, Branch Personnel, and Cross Functional teams including NBS R2R & O2C and Nutrien change management teams
  • Influence change, process improvement, and adherence to policies and procedures with Nutrien stakeholders
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Nutrien Financials’ business model, finance offerings, and market strategy
  • Maintain inventory of education and communication responsibilities as well as standard operating procedures. Continually review for areas of improvement and efficiency. Facilitate, or collaborate with Nutrien change management teams to facilitate, educational tasks for various audiences including maintaining site content, developing training materials, hosting training sessions, and coordinating communications
  • Partner with NF Governance and Accounting teams to proactively identify and action gaps in application of Nutrien Financial policy, procedures, and/or processes utilizing finance programs and exception data
  • Ensure team is analyzing and providing Tier II support on Service Now tickets and other requests in accordance with service level agreements
  • Engage with Nutrien Retail branches as we launch new Nutrien Financial offerings in new territories

What You'll Bring:

  • A passion for our customers and stakeholders
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 8+ years practical experience including experience as a people leader
  • SAP S4 knowledge and experience preferred
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI
  • People leader who can supervise, guide, support, direct and develop a team of professionals
  • Energetic, flexible, and proactive; a team leader who positively and productively impacts both strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Detail orientation with excellent documentation, planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-driven, with a strong ability to work autonomously and inspire teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate, provide clear instructions, and collaborate to build cross functional relationships

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $105,300 - $180,500. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
