What You'll Do:
- Manage assigned staff and assisting Loveland Product facility locations with environmental, health, and safety priorities and programs.
- Establish operational objectives and work plans for regional areas.
- Manage regional SHE&S team.
- Manage the functions and tasks needed for compliance with all health, and safety requirements for agricultural crop and fertilizer production facilities.
- Assist in developing, modifying, and executing company policies that affect regional operation(s).
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state jurisdictional and federal regulations and will also work in conjunction with the SHE&S functional support groups.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise to obtain excellence and alignment across one or more regions in environmental, health, and safety.
- Regularly interact with Regional and Divisional management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and customers.
- Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans and performance requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in an SH&E related field
- 10+ years professional experience; minimum 5 years relevant SH&E experience.
- CSP or capable of obtaining a CSP certification.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to influence, gain acceptance from others to facilitate compliance of company and regulations.
- Must be self–motivated and disciplined requiring little to no direct supervision, ability to concurrently deal with multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including MS Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
- Must be able to work outdoors in a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions.
- Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace and possess a US driver’s license.
- Able to travel domestically and internationally (including a current and valid passport and driver’s license).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with overnight travel as required.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $115,900 - $198,600. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
