What you will do:

  • Lead, configure, and support Nutrien’s SuccessFactors global landscape in multiple modules, with a strong focus on EC Payroll and Compensation modules 
  • Analyze and develop a strong understanding of business requirements & objectives and develop system configurations to satisfy business needs and goals of HR technology projects. 
  • Lead system administration tasks by proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality for the global SuccessFactors solution
  • Provide technical expertise to the HR Transformation journey to grow and enhance the SuccessFactors platform globally
  • Attain business alignment while configuring global/localized design changes
  • Ensure SuccessFactors solutions are implemented and maintained based on standardized leading practices and leveraging application functionality to meet evolving business needs
  • Provide guidance and support business process leads / SME's and end users
  • Provide technical guidance to partner and in-house support teams (including role-based permissions, integration, manage service teams, etc)
  • Create and maintain application development documentation such as configuration workbooks, user guides, test scripts, etc., to align with SuccessFactors and business process changes
  • Resolve technical issues independently and/or in concert with SuccessFactors technical support
  • Subject Matter Expert on SuccessFactors Release Management. Leads/supports the regular SuccessFactors product releases, establish approach to regression and user acceptance testing. Provide recommendations for adoption of enhancements and opt in components
  • Build and foster relationships with business stake holders representing across functions and levels
  • Creative strategies to build engagement and involve business stakeholders
  • Apply self-management techniques to include act with integrity, demonstrate adaptability, goal setting and work efficiently
  • Able to communicate at various levels from senior business stakeholders to technical subject matter experts in designing and developing technical solutions to business needs

What you will bring:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school
  • Certification in EC Payroll SuccessFactors module required
  • Proven expert knowledge and experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules especially in Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and Compensation. 
  • Knowledge and experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Performance and Goal Management, LMS, Success and Career Development are highly desirable. 
  • Knowledge in global Time solutions such as Workforce Software would be preferred
  • 5-8 years in IT application design/support and development, including cross-domain experience
  • Experience supporting a SuccessFactors core-hybrid solution
  • Subject matter expertise in business processes, solution design, best practices, and technology in technical/business environments
  • Excellent focus on customer service and communication, use influence and negotiation skills when appropriate
  • Expertise with data migration between cloud and on-premise applications
  • Experience with Quality Assurance and Testing – able to develop test scripts for unit and user acceptance testing
  • Comfortable leading working sessions at both junior and senior levels
  • An aptitude for teaching, instructing, and mentoring
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to influence and promote cross functional collaboration
  • Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to formulate recommendations and work with a high degree of autonomy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work effectively under tight timelines
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM on premise solutions would be an asset

 

Compensation & Benefits: 

 

Annual salary range of $106,800- $146-850. This range is estimated for Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
