Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition-Corporate & Commercial. The Senior Advisor, Talent Acquisition is a strategic and relationship-driven partner that will join our Corporate & Commercial team to help deliver top talent to our business. This role will act as a trusted advisor and full lifecycle recruiter collaborating across numberous functions. This position will play a key role in Globally aligning recruitment processes across Nutrien's operating segments and ensuring consistency, as we advance Nutrien's One Nutrien mindset.
What you will do:
- Actively support execution of Corporate and Commercial business priorities by efficiently delivering top talent to the business
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and participate in discussions to assist with delivery of talent needed to achieve business priorities
- Act as an account manager while delivering full cycle recruitment (candidate screening, short-listing, interviewing, and selection) to the business, in partnership with Sourcing and other Talent Acquisition team members
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Hiring Managers and Recruiters by attending frequent site visits, periodic in-person intake meetings, and local sourcing efforts
- Liaise with hiring leaders to create and lead Strategic recruitment strategies that result in a robust candidate pipeline
- Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process to ensure that the right talent is selected for the right role
- Assist stakeholders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
- Partner with internal HR team members to create an exceptional and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders
- Provide advice, guidance and coaching to more junior Talent Acquisition team members
- Lead/participate in continuous improvement activities
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce, Finance or related discipline preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 6+ years’ experience in a client facing end-to-end recruitment role
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to address fairly complex situations autonomously
- Corporate recruitment experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range $95,700-$164,100/annually. This range is estimated for Sr. Advisor, Talent Acquisition in Loveland, CO. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
