Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative (Temporary) is accountable to respond to customer inquiries, marketing credit products and services, and supporting the branch team in a professional and courteous manner.

This position is approximately a 6-8 month term.

 

What you will do:  

 

  • Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits 

  • Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy 

  • Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing” 

  • Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices 

  • Completes administrative correspondence 

  • Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory 

  • Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards  

 

What you will bring:  

 

  • 1+ years of customer service experience 

  • Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license 

  • Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) 

  • Previous SAP experience, an asset
