Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring data governance/analysis, support continuous improvement, audit routine work management processes, and provide standard administrative support across all site’s functional groups.
This role is located at our Joffe, Alberta site and is not eligible for remote work.
What you will do:
- Data Analysis and Governance
- Material Master and Inventory Control
- Site documentation development/management
- General Administrative tasks
- Support high functioning leadership team
- Engage and interact with multi-functional groups
What you will bring:
- High School Diploma
- 5+ Years as an Administrator or Analyst
- Post Secondary Education/Certificate in Administrative/Business field considered an asset
- Understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite including Power BI
