What You'll Do:
- Support a safe work environment for all employees/contractors by being knowledgeable of and compliant with all applicable safety, health and environmental (SHE) requirements, leading by example, and promoting a positive SHE attitude/culture to all.
- Calculate and present in-depth analysis of maintenance key performance indicators across the site to consolidate results, explain discrepancies, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate value-centric decision-making.
- Spearhead the creation of management summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Effectively analyze cost data pertaining to maintenance expenses, ensuring precise and timely reporting including areas for query and reallocation.
- Drive enhancements in processes and workflows to optimize asset's value contribution to the fullest.
- Facilitate seamless communication among functional groups ensuring consistent data dissemination and efficient planning.
- Periodically review work order history to identify problem areas e.g., low MTBF, high maintenance man-hours, high maintenance costs and recommend actions to correct any deficiencies.
- Support maintenance team in activity-based budget planning processes as needed.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of data reported.
- Compare planned vs actual execution and recommend opportunities to improve including work order management and support safe and reliable plant operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Diploma in a related discipline with at least 10+ years’ experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance, OR trade certification, with additional training and experience relevant to the duties and responsibilities required for this role, and with at least 15 years’ experience in industrial plant operations and maintenance
- Relevant work experience in business analysis, performance measurement, setting and tracking of business targets, identifying key value drivers, and with analysis methods and tools.
- Expertise in SAP and Data Visualization tools including Power BI to obtain and create complex documents, reports, spreadsheets and graphics.
