This individual contributor role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization. Our ideal candidate will enjoy a physically demanding role with no paperwork or computer responsibilities.
This is a seasonal position and is from February 2025 - August 2025.
What you will do:
- Safely wash and refurbish empty containers, utilizing pressure washing equipment.
- Sweep, dust, mop, and scrub floors in a thorough manner.
- Respond to wet floor clean up requests.
- Empty trash cans, transporting trash to disposal areas.
- Operate shredder, disposing of shredded materials according to warehouse protocols.
- Promptly notify Warehouse manager of any safety issues and/or equipment needing repair.
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Perform other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business (i.e. restacking pallets, re-bagging product).
What you will bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- An engaged safety-first mindset.
- Follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish.
- Accountability to team with dependable attendance and completing share of workload.
- Ability to learn and regularly follow emergency response, safety, and warehouse operational procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing and walking most of shift.
