This seasonal role has an anticipated duration of February 2026 to August 2026.
What You'll Do:
- Data entry for shipping/receiving activities from our Regina facility to various points in Western Canada.
- Process orders through SAP (Extended Warehouse Management) system.
- Assist with various inventory management tasks as assigned.
- Reconcile and compile inventory reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support to warehouse staff for shipping/receiving tasks.
- File, process mail, and complete other administrative assignments as directed.
- Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs and objectives.
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent designation.
- Proficiency in time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and adjust importance as needed.
- Professional and helpful approach when communicating in both written and verbal formats.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A safety-first mindset.
- Familiarity with agriculture products is helpful.
- SAP experience preferred.
