What you will do:
- Identify bad actors and threats to production
- Focus on asset reliability
- Perform optimization of asset maintenance strategy
- Guide and support Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Modeling, standardization of downtime costs
- Development and document standard work procedures
- Manage reliability documents and processes for sustainability
- Contribute to the continuous improvement culture through reliability improvement requests
- Support all site initiatives including safety and production-based processes put in place to promote safe working environment and to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
- Provide technical support to reliability crew
- Implement predictive and proactive maintenance tasks to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
- Produce monthly reliability report
- Perform RCFA’s and RCFA lites as identified from bad actor list or directed by senior management
What you will bring:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Maintenance Engineer discipline
- 4-6 year of experience in Reliability Team environment
- Professional Engineer designation
- Deep safety commitment
- Ability to lead and develop
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RCMII, RCA, FMEA, CBM, Reliability Modeling
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, other EAM systems
