What you will do:

 

  • Identify bad actors and threats to production
  • Focus on asset reliability
  • Perform optimization of asset maintenance strategy
  • Guide and support Root Cause Analysis, Reliability Modeling, standardization of downtime costs
  • Development and document standard work procedures
  • Manage reliability documents and processes for sustainability
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement culture through reliability improvement requests
  • Support all site initiatives including safety and production-based processes put in place to promote safe working environment and to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
  • Provide technical support to reliability crew
  • Implement predictive and proactive maintenance tasks to keep our assets performing at the desired level of performance
  • Produce monthly reliability report
  • Perform RCFA’s and RCFA lites as identified from bad actor list or directed by senior management

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Maintenance Engineer discipline
  • 4-6 year of experience in Reliability Team environment
  • Professional Engineer designation
  • Deep safety commitment
  • Ability to lead and develop
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, RCMII,  RCA, FMEA, CBM, Reliability Modeling
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, other EAM systems
