We are seeking a hands-on, creative AI/Data Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, experimentation, and storytelling. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and delivering AI/ML prototypes and data-driven insights that shape enterprise innovation.

 

You will work closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to rapidly turn ideas into tangible proofs of concepts blending data analysis, visualization, and AI experimentation into compelling stories that influence decision-making.

What You'll Do:

 

AI / ML & Data Prototyping

 

  • Collaborate with AI architects and data scientists to design and build prototypes, models, and proof-of-concept AI solutions
  • Explore and experiment with LLMs, embeddings, and ML models using platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Azure OpenAI
  • Support data preparation, feature engineering, and basic model training or fine tuning
  • Contribute to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agentic AI pilots under senior guidance
  • Help operationalize small-scale experiments and evaluate their effectiveness

 

Visualization & Storytelling

 

  • Create interactive dashboards and visualization prototypes to showcase insights and model results using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Streamlit, or Plotly Dash
  • Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, visually engaging narratives for business stakeholders
  • Build storyboards and data narratives that communicate how AI and data can drive value in specific business processes
  • Support senior AI leaders in preparing executive-level presentations and demo assets for key initiatives

 

Data Handling & Integration

 

  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources, ensuring data cleanliness and readiness for AI experimentation
  • Utilize SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), or cloud data tools to extract and transform data for analysis and visualization
  • Document prototype processes, data flows, and results to enable scaling and reusability

 

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

 

  • Collaborate with business SMEs, data engineers, and designers to understand requirements and co-create prototypes
  • Stay current on emerging tools in GenAI, visualization, and MLOps and share learnings with the broader team
  • Embrace an agile, iterative approach to experimentation, moving quickly from idea to working demo

What You'll Bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, ML prototyping, or AI solution development
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, or Plotly)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Streamlit)
  • Working knowledge of LLM APIs (eg, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and basic prompt engineering
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP for running small AI or data workloads
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft data-driven stories and visual presentations

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Experience supporting GenAI or ML experiments in a lab or enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and simple RAG setup
  • Exposure to business process data (finance, supply chain, HR, or operations) and an understanding of how AI can enhance workflows
  • Enthusiasm for rapid prototyping, design thinking, and visual storytelling
