Reporting to the Manager, Brand Strategy & Amplification, within the Brand and Media, Global Communications team, this role provides creative support for brand amplification through digital content creation across owned, earned, paid and traditional media, as well as supporting internal stakeholder requests, ensuring brand consistency and visual brand excellence. Working closely with the broader brand and global communications team, this position is responsible for developing engaging digital content that aligns with Nutrien’s brand strategy.

 

What you will do:
 

  • Designs compelling visuals for a variety of channels, including digital, social media, and campaigns, ensuring consistency with Nutrien’s brand identity.
  • Support internal stakeholders with digital design requests, including PowerPoint presentations, reports, infographics, and design projects.
  • Support brand enablement and compliance through templates (i.e. Canva) that enable teams to create brand-aligned content efficiently.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Nutrien’s brand guidelines and best practices.
  • Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Capture and integrate photography and video into creative projects, enhancing visual storytelling across platforms.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video content (vlogs) to enhance digital storytelling across multimedia channels, and paid media campaigns.
  • Optimize and repurpose creative assets to maximize their use across platforms and audiences by ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across web, mobile, and social channels.
  • Advise on emerging design trends and technologies to continuously improve creative output and keep Nutrien’s brand visuals fresh and innovative.
  • Support the execution of content across Nutrien’s social media channels by contributing engaging visuals that drive reach and brand engagement.

 

What you will bring:
 

  • 3 to 5 years of directly relevent professional work expeirence in Communications & Design, preferrably in large multi-national corporate setting.

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field of study.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, Canva, Spout Social would be considered an asset.

  • Prior experience working with Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), You Tube).
