What You'll Do:

  • Assist with documentation and mapping of performance management workflows and processes.
  • Support updates to leader and employee resources to simplify content.
  • Conduct research on performance management best practices and help summarize findings.
  • Partner with the HRIS team to review and test system features and user guides to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Support the design and delivery of communications, presentations, and training materials.
  • Help track project milestones, compile feedback, and maintain organized records in shared team spaces.
  • Contribute to reporting pulling metrics and observations for review.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing coordination and administrative support for ongoing initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a 2-to-4-year degree program with a Major in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent related program with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
  • Strong process documentation and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to capture details accurately and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to apply research and synthesis skills to gather information, compare practices and summarize insights.
  • Comfortable supporting project coordination and collaboration activities; able to manage multiple priorities, meet timelines, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
