This is a 16 month Co-op opportunity with a May 2026 start.

 

What you will do: 

  • Assist with template (powerpoint, excel, data query) creation to aid in standardization across sites finance teams for budget and forecast activities. 

  • Assist in the automation of PowerBI reporting for various business users (moving away from emailing excel files and to a PowerBI report). 

  • Assist with the monthly updates of excel files and other data entry as needed. 

  • Assist in compiling monthly and quarterly reports and presentations.  

  • Manage operating expense data quality through the review of data cubes in HANA and PowerBI dashboards.

  • Update procedural documentation and assist with file management cleanup.  

  • Adhoc projects as assigned.

 

What you will bring: 

3rd or 4th year student currently enrolled in a 4 year Business degree majoring in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date of Aug 2027 or later.
