The Senior Analyst, Global HRIS plays a critical role in delivering Nutrien’s global HR technology transformation. This role is accountable for delivering scalable, high-impact solutions across platforms such as SuccessFactors and Workforce Software, enabling a more efficient, data-driven, and globally aligned HR function.

Partnering closely with HR, IT, and business leaders, this role drives the transformation of our HR technology landscape – translating strategic priorities into system capabilities, improving employee and manager experiences, and strengthening the foundation for future innovation.

What You'll Do:
Â
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, driving measurable improvements in the effectiveness, adoption, and business impact of HR technology solutions
- Drive adoption and sustained use of global HR processes and systems, balancing standardization with critical local requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear, scalable functional requirements that enable effective system design and delivery
- Own resolution of system issues by identifying root causes and driving sustainable fixes that improve system stability and user experience
- Lead delivery, in partnership with IT, of system enhancements that measurably improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and data quality
- Ensure high-quality delivery of system changes by leading testing strategy and validating outcomes against business objectives
- Drive successful release outcomes by coordinating cross-functional readiness, communication, and adoption
- Drive engagement and readiness for new capabilities through effective change management strategies
- Partner with the HR Data Governance team to ensure alignment on data definitions and oversight
- Lead workstreams within global HR technology projects, including implementations, integrations, and system upgrades
- Own prioritization and intake of HR technology requests, ensuring alignment to business priorities
- Lead working groups to review system issues, enhancements, and roadmap priorities
- Stay informed on HR technology trends and bring forward recommendations to enable Nutrien’s digital HR roadmap
What You'll Bring:
Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and 6+ years of related experience (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors (multiple modules preferred)
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Workforce Software, ServiceNow, and SAP ECC is considered an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Experience working across HR and IT functions in a delivery model
