WorkForce Time & Attendance Analyst

This position is required to be on-site and is located in Saskatoon, SK.

What you will do:
- Recommend and participate in the development of new procedures and policies related to Time Management.
- Ensure that policies adhere to local and federal standards and guidelines.
- Work with Nutrien IT team when necessary to analyze trouble shooting and resolving issues with testing and implementing new solutions.
- Partner and act as a Subject Matter Expert to operating segments in identifying and prioritizing process improvements.
- Responsible to create or update documentation concerning Workforce Suite system.
- Execute change requests, service requests, and ensure critical issues are resolved quickly.
- Testing Workforce Suite with new releases to update the system.
- Responsible to train Nutrien administrators and new users.
- Run regular audit reports for the business.
- Verification or Creation of work schedule rules.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalence.
- Proficiency with Workforce Software, including time and attendance, scheduling, and other related modules, is strongly preferred
- 2+ years of payroll time management experience is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate etc.).
- Experience in troubleshooting and testing time and attendance.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience in training and providing support to team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong customer service.
