What you will do:

  • Update Equipment files and BOM’s.
  • Help develop and implement solutions to existing challenges associated with the Hoist & Shaft area(s).
  • Apply Nutrien's core values and principles of engagement during daily tasks.
  • Collaborate with superintendents, supervisors, trades, and operations personnel.
  • Provide project management assistance for capital projects specific to the hoist & shaft areas.
  • Help collect and analyze data from real time monitoring of equipment.
  • Participate in the assessment of department assets and recommend corrective actions.

 

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years completed post-secondary education in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Experience in an industrial setting would be an asset.
  • Ability to safely operate mobile equipment.
