What You'll Do:
- Professionally carry out duties following Nutrien safety principles and priorities.
- Support all aspects of site safety systems, including the OHC, and SIF.
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Company Policies and Procedures, laws and regulations.
- Directly supervise Mine Planning, Scheduling and Administrative personnel.
- Actively promote and engage in continuous improvement of Mine Planning processes.
- Be responsible for developing, analyzing, and interpreting attainment metrics, both production and maintenance and providing recommendations to Senior Mine Leadership for continuous improvement.
- Be responsible for efficient planning and prioritized scheduling of all Mine Maintenance activities to meet the needs of the mine .Participate in the development and implementation of an asset maintenance strategy that safely achieves
- production demand while maintaining or reducing maintenance costs.
- Respond to scheduled and unscheduled callouts to ensure normal business operation related to their area of responsibility.
What You'll Bring:
- Journeyperson or a technical designation is an asset.
- 5+ years in a progressive maintenance planner, scheduler, coordinator, or supervisory role would be an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge of production, maintenance, planning, and asset management.
- Ability to create and work within a high performing team, and a team first attitude.
