This temporary position has an anticipated duration of March 2026 – April 2027.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage SAP’s Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) system to optimize inventory management.
- Effectively troubleshoot inventory issues with peers, management, and customers to timely resolve problems and facilitate reliable product delivery. Conduct root cause analysis to mitigate repetition of problems.
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments verifying product specifications and quantity.
- Appropriately manage damaged goods in manual and electronic records.
- Provide top notch customer service to Retail locations regarding inbound supplier shipments.
- Routinely conduct physical floor inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies accurately.
- Proactively collaborate with third party logistics (3PL) and internal parties to manage inventory registration.
- Continuously monitor product registration to facilitate sale of correct products.
- As requested, provide timely and accurate reporting for auditing, financial tracking, and warehouse space allocation.
- Process customer invoices with attention detail, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Assist in coordination of proper flow of goods through warehouse to maximize operational time.
- Complete additional duties and tasks to meet business objectives.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field is required. Equivalent experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- An engaged safety-first mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key Daily Actions.
- Understanding of effective database management and spreadsheet functionality.
- Skilled in applying supply chain and continuous improvement concepts in problem solving.
- Proficient in basic math computations to determine load weights, total cost, and related calculations.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization and attention to detail.
- Keen ability to identify numerical and data errors in record keeping systems.
- Organized approach to tasks, schedules, and paperwork.
- Focused orientation when completing a single task over an extended period of time.
- Ability to build positive rapport in a confident and respectful manner.
- Previous experience with SAP software is an asset but not required.
