Maintain the E/I requirements and systems during all operational conditions. Electricity is an essential source of power.

Electricians are responsible for the safe and efficient installation, connection, calibration, testing, and maintenance of many different electrical systems serving a variety of purposes. Lighting, pumping, conveying, controlling, mixing, separating, evaporating, condensing, circulating, mining (large drag-lines) or chemical plant, and heating list only a few of the industrial processes in which electricity is consumed powering Nutrien activities.

Electrical power is delivered to operating equipment (loads) via conductors in the form of wire, cable or busses. The switching, limiting, and monitoring of these distribution circuits engage the electrician’s participation.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting or certificate from a technical school is preferred
• Ability to operate a computer and/or electronic equipment
• Capability to work with little or no supervision
• Troubleshooting skills and taking corrective action
• The Florida Ready to Work or equivalent is required for all hourly applicants of Nutrien - the assessment is offered for no cost and is available at any Careersource office.
